The human back is a complicated thing, and there are a lot of things that can go wrong with it cause pain and suffering to the person. Not all back pain derives from the back itself just as not all back pain that does, hurts in the actual area of the back. There are many ways to avoid back pain which is far more preferable to treating it which may last for years in some cases.
