There are many special pillows that are a great neck pillow for work. These pillows are sometimes shaped like a “U” and wrap around your neck to keep your head supported and neck aligned no matter which direction you turn your head. Another design is shaped like a dog’s bone and will also bear some of the weight of your head to keep pressure off the nerves and muscles involving your neck and shoulders. Another thing to do at work besides using a neck pillow is to perform simple neck stretches so the muscles don’t have a chance to bind up on you from staying in one position too long. Wire baskets are great for filling them up with whatever you please. They are pretty yet practical with 3 tiered hanging basket and is ideal for your kitchen, bath, laundry, or ANYWHERE. The wire basket I purchased holds up to ten pounds. Wire baskets can have a chrome finish, a satin nickel finish or be made from plastic coated wire.
While shopping for my hanging basket I came across a sink wire basket which is a handy item to have. I hate when my dish sponge sits in the water. But now my new sink wire basket eliminates mold and mildew growth on my sponge.

Taking better care of our health has been a leading theme over the past decade. Getting plenty of water is important for better health and it is also important to consider the source of that water so we rely on charcoal fridge filters. We have our own well because the city water does not extend out to our area. We did not like drinking the water out of the tap because of the salt content from the softener.
We bought the fridge filters and the pitcher that goes with it. The coffee that is made from the filtered water tastes so much better. Now that we use a home water filter system the residue is not longer there. Our neighbor told us that they use fridge filters for their drinking water.
