From personal experience, you can testify that a year end function should be something that employees can look forward to; an event which will make them realize that their employers really appreciate the long hours and hard work that they put in throughout the year. If you have moved up in your company over time and now occupy a managerial position, you are the one that needs to keep the employees happy with regards to year end function ideas. Thus if you learned anything from your years at grass-roots level, you will know that you should organize a year end function that your employees will enjoy, no matter what your personal preferences might be. If you were to ask them how they feel upon taking a cruise down river on board a party boat, chances are that most of them will feel that it is indeed a great way to end the year.

As the name suggests, party boats were specially manufactured on which different kinds of parties can be held, ranging from birthday celebrations and weddings to anniversaries and of course year end functions. The facilities available on board party boats will allow all your employees to fully enjoy themselves and simply forget about the stress and other work related problems that plagued them throughout the year, even if it is just for a while. For example, what better way to end the year than sipping on a cocktail in the Jacuzzi located on the open, upper deck while watching the sun set at dawn or gazing at the stars when nighttime arrives. The dance floor and bar/braai facilities will further contribute to the festive atmosphere of your year end function. As such, it allows the perfect opportunity for everyone attending, ranging from the business owner and general manager to those working at grass-roots level, to get to know each other a bit better outside the work environment for a change. Holding a year end function on board a party boat can thus be indirectly responsible for the success the company hopes to achieve in the New Year, seeing as the relationships among employees play an important role in this regard.

By hiring a party boat for the year end function, you will also be able to attract the attention of more employees, seeing as they are probably tired of the traditional year end functions being held in the local town hall and as such would like to experience something new in the form of a party boat. The excitement within the work environment might even inspire employees to work even harder, them knowing that they will be rewarded by means of enjoying an awesome year end function on board a party boat.

1920s Flapper Dress Costumes

I love the 1920′s and all of the great flapper dress styles. The flapper dress that Betty wore is a shift type dress that is short and is sleeveless. I love all the fringe and the satiny material that they wore. I can see Betty Boop in one of these dresses in the 20′s. They usually wore a matching headband with a feather in it. Even though they had lots of hard work to do on the farm during the day, they knew how to get out and have fun at night.

The speakeasy was booming with Jazz music and everyone was dancing and having a good time. I love the hairdos that they wore at that time. The bob is really cute that Betty Boop wears. I like the wrap around coats that the women wore at that time too. Their handbags were just as wild as the dresses. They had lots of sequins and fringe on them. The flapper girls were fun loving and rebellious. They loved to dance the Charleston with their honey.
