Exercising To Burn More Fat

Most people think of diet first when they are trying to lose weight. However, while dieting is very important for losing body fat, exercise is at least equally important. The main form of fat burning exercise is cardio style exercise. If You do cardiovascular workouts for 30 to 45 minutes at least a few times weekly you will burn plenty of calories, which will lead to more fat loss. Weight training is usually thought of as a muscle building activity, but it will also help you burn fat. The muscle gains you get from weight lifting will lead to an increase in your resting metabolic rate. This will lead to more fat loss all of the time. Doing high rep sets and getting less rest time between sets can also turn weight training into more of a fat burning activity.
